1. Who operates AMAAS

AMAAS is operated by Market Leader Game, LLC. This policy applies to AMAAS services made available through amaasanalytics.com and the AMAAS mobile application.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use AMAAS, we may collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the service, including:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication information, subscription status, and account preferences.
• Research and portfolio information you choose to enter or upload, including securities, quantities, saved portfolios, research selections, and related requests.
• Service and usage information, such as pages or features used, session and event information, browser or device information, and technical information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve AMAAS.
• Transaction and entitlement information associated with subscriptions, passes, or report purchases. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider; AMAAS does not need to store your full payment-card information to provide account entitlements.
• Messages, prompts, or other content you submit when using AI-assisted research or support features.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and authenticate the service; maintain user accounts and subscriptions; deliver research, portfolio, and AI-assisted features; preserve user-requested settings and research history; process purchases and entitlements; measure service usage; detect abuse or technical problems; provide support; and improve AMAAS.

4. AI-assisted features

AMAAS includes AI-assisted research and interpretation features. Information necessary to fulfill an AI-assisted request may be transmitted to an AI service provider for processing. Users should not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in research prompts or uploads.

5. Service providers and disclosure

AMAAS may use service providers for functions such as cloud hosting, market and financial data, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and application distribution. We may disclose information to these providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services for AMAAS, subject to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or security of AMAAS or its users, to investigate misuse, or as part of a corporate transaction where permitted by law. AMAAS does not sell personal information as a business model.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, preserve security and audit information, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the reason it is maintained.

7. Security

AMAAS uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your AMAAS account, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, transaction, or legitimate business purposes. You may also discontinue use of AMAAS and manage applicable subscription settings through the available account or payment-provider controls.

9. Children

AMAAS is an investment-research service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children.

10. International use

If you access AMAAS from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where AMAAS or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AMAAS evolves. The effective date above will be revised when the policy is materially updated. Continued use of the service after an update is subject to the then-current policy.
